Bringing affordable homeownership within reach for millions of Americans through manufactured homes.

Fannie Mae asked our team to build an awareness campaign to encourage lenders to explore their manufactured home (MH) loan options, products and resources. We took Fannie Mae’s iconic brand and renewed the look for this campaign in the form of a landing page, a mini video series, digital ads, and print materials to help guide lenders in discovering MH financing.
