Fannie Mae Front Door Exploratory

Fannie Mae, a leader in mortgage financing in the U.S., asked our team to reimagine a new online presence for consumers on their main site, while continuing to prioritize their business audience.

After heavy research, immersive work sessions, and eight unique wireframe concepts, our creative team provided two distinct prototypes for user testing and stakeholder sell-in. Ultimately, Fannie Mae used our research and prototypes to aid in creating a new front door experience based on the direction shown below.

Keeping Fannie Mae’s business partners in mind

We also included a new landing page experience for Fannie Mae’s business partners in the form of a hub. This page is easily accessible from the home page and provides this audience a place on the Fannie Mae site that’s all their own.
